Refund Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from José Flowers & Plants. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us immediately.
Fresh Flowers & Custom Arrangements
Due to the perishable nature of flowers, we do not offer refunds once the order has been delivered.
However, if your arrangement arrives damaged or incorrect, please notify us within 24 hours and provide a photo so we can evaluate the issue.
Order Cancellations

Cancellations made within 2 hours of placing the order may be eligible for a refund.

Orders already prepared or out for delivery cannot be canceled.
Wrong Address or Missed Delivery
If the customer provides an incorrect address or the recipient is unavailable, a re-delivery fee may apply. Refunds are not available for unsuccessful delivery attempts.
Non-Perishable Items
Unused, non-perishable items may be returned within 14 days in original condition.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
