Returns & Exchanges
Due to the perishable and customized nature of floral products, we do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been delivered or picked up.
However, if there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery so we can make it right.
Order Issues

Did not match the description or photo

Possible resolutions may include:

Cancellations
You may cancel an order up to 24 hours before the scheduled delivery time for a full refund.
Cancellations within 24 hours of delivery may not be eligible for a refund, as materials and preparation may already be in progress.
